Why I Should Be Allowed to Stay Up Late on Weekends
Dear Mom and Dad, I know you usually don’t let me stay up late on weekends. But I think I should be allowed to do it. Staying up late on weekends can give me more time to relax. After a long – week of school, I’m really tired. I could use this extra time to watch my favorite shows or play a little video game.
It’s also a great chance for me to have some quality time with you. We could watch a movie together or play a board game. This would make our family time even more special.
I promise I’ll still get enough sleep. I’ll go to bed early on weekdays to make up for it. And I’ll make sure to finish all my homework on time. So, please let me stay up late on weekends. It will make me really happy.
Why I Should Be Allowed to Have a Pet Hamster
Mom and Dad, I’ve always wanted a pet hamster, but you’ve said no. A hamster would be a great addition to our family. It’s small and easy to take care of. I could clean its cage by myself and feed it every day.
Having a hamster would teach me responsibility. I’d have to make sure it’s healthy and happy. It would also be my best friend. I could play with it when I’m feeling lonely.
I’ve done a lot of research on how to take care of hamsters. I know what they like to eat and how to keep their cages clean. I’ll use my pocket money to buy the things it needs. Please let me have a pet hamster. It will be so much fun.
Why I Should Be Allowed to Go to a Sleepover
Mom and Dad, you’ve never let me go to a sleepover before. But I think it’s time I got to experience it. Going to a sleepover would let me have more fun with my friends. We could tell stories, play games all night, and just have a great time together.
It would also help me become more independent. I’d learn how to take care of myself away from home. I could make new friends and strengthen my relationship with the ones I already have.
I promise to follow all the rules at the sleepover. I’ll call you to let you know I’m okay. And I’ll come back home in a good mood and ready for school. Please let me go to a sleepover. It will be an unforgettable experience.
Why I Should Be Allowed to Join a Soccer Team
Dear Mom and Dad, you’ve always been worried about me joining a soccer team. But I really want to do it. Playing soccer would make me healthier. I’d run around a lot, which is good for my body.
It would also teach me teamwork. I’d have to work with my teammates to win games. I could make new friends who love soccer as much as I do.
I’ll practice hard and make sure it doesn’t affect my studies. I’ll do my homework on time and still get good grades. Please let me join a soccer team. It will be a great way for me to grow and have fun.
Why I Should Be Allowed to Use the Computer More
Mom and Dad, you don’t let me use the computer very often. But using the computer can be really helpful. I can use it to learn new things. There are so many educational websites where I can study different subjects.
I can also use it to communicate with my classmates. We can work on group projects together. And I can play some educational games that can improve my thinking skills.
I promise to limit my time on non – educational things. I’ll only use the computer for a certain amount of time each day. Please let me use the computer more. It will help me in my studies and make me more knowledgeable.
